sugar butter flower is a Santa Barbara cottage bakery built around the pleasure of planning ahead, bringing something lovely, and taking a little care with the details.
We make small-batch bakes to order, then set them aside for pickup in the garden.
“Flower” is literal here. We grow edible flowers, lemons, limes, and the herbs that flavor our salts. We make our own butter for Petit Pêches cookies and infuse our syrups in-house. The rest comes from nearby Santa Barbara farmers whenever the season allows, with much of what we bring into the kitchen organic.
